Quasy

Hey guys,

Well I think I’m offically addicted to Z-brush:D .

I’m still new to all of this and trying to figure it all out, thanks to Deitycreations I’m actually learning!

I sculpted this all in Z-brush, and did the detail without going into Projectionmaster, which is a first for me. I then took it into PM and painted it, not very happy with the paint job. I will probably do it over again. I still need to work out some problems I’m haveing switching between PM and the main Z-brush…but ill figure it out.
Critique welcome!!

Well now that didn’t take long (the addiction)!

cool character. I like the modelling shots. What skin shader did you use for that? I ask because you might have it easier using (if you haven’t already) a shader that has the same shader in the s1 slot that say Antropus’ skin mats do. I forget the name of that particular shader…it’s included in the zmaterials somewhere. I like to have it in my first slot and it makes it easier to blend material with a texture as you can then control how much texture or material shows thru. This way you can use a texture to enhance the material instead of it taking over. More subtle I think is the word I am looking for. And you can take advantage of the materials attributes this way.

look forward to your updates!

Sexy…!

thanks for the help,
I was haveing trouble with the paint or “textureing” covering up my detail work. it was almost adding little amounts of textured dots…odd.

so hopefully that will help me.

Well, Ican’t say “nice”

Very good modeled! Keep on being Z-addicted!

Angelo

while you where painting the model you probably had zadd still on with the rbg. and remember KEEP IT SECRET KEEP IT SAFE!

Great work man reminds me of Friday the 13th Jason

yeah…use a mat like I posted before for the base then just do a texture to enhance it with zadd/zsub off otherwise you will end up covering up your hard work!! make sure only color and fade are selected in pm…before pm turn quick off and tool>display properties>dsmooth to something other than zero to help finesse the coloring.

Don’t worry…you’ll get it!!

thanks guys,

and thnaks again for those tips Aminuts!
