Dynamesh quickly remeshes objects to redistribute polys for better sculpting, or for Boolean operations that can combine multiple objects into one, or subtract on mesh from another. It works best at medium to medium high resolution, and results in topology that may not be ideal for some situations.
ZRemesher re-meshes an object–usually a high poly object–into a low poly object with cleaner, well distributed topology. It is frequently used after a dynamesh session to create an object with more manageable geometry. It is generally slower than Dynamesh.

qremesher appeared in r5 I believe and was replaced in r6 with zremesher
The difference is : Dynamesh is designed as an active sculpting surface. As you add detail, you can actively remesh, adding resolution to your sculpting mesh - so your not constrained while creating. You simply pull out the forms you desire, then Ctrl+click&drag and you add resolution.
Qremesher, which was later changed to Zremesher is aimed at organizing the topology of an existing mesh (I like to take objects I’ve started in dynamesh and zremesh them) - its a re-topology guide, with the aim at getting a organized mesh, with less resolution, allowing you to get more subdivisions in as you sculpt up. This can be great if you’ve got a mesh with millions and millions of polygons but still need more resolution in specific areas, you can Zremesh it, and project that detail on the smaller mesh - and end up with more room to get all those details in, or you can use it to help get the final result to project textures on, and later to animate the model, or simply pose with less strange deformations going on.
