I purchased the Limited Edition yesterday at Siggraph, I’m trying to activate the software with the included coupon code at http://www.pixologic.com/z4activation, but it just takes me to the shopping cart and wants me to pay $699.00 - I already paid for the software at the convention, so if someone could help me get this installed it would be great. I have submitted a support ticket as well, but I didn’t know if I needed to post here as well.

Select the Single-User License for your platform (Win or Mac).
On the next page you’ll see a check box for “Check to enter coupon code”. Check that box, which will provide you with a place to enter your code from the show.
When you apply the coupon, it should reduce your price to $0. From there, simply proceed with completing the “purchase”.
If you have any difficulties, submit a ticket at https://support.pixologic.com. We will get you taken care of; don’t worry!
