Recommended screen resolution for Zbrush is 1980 x 1020 or higher. Less than that, and you are likely to encounter display issues.
You can scroll the Lightbox file list by left click dragging on it.
You can resize your UI by adjusting the Button Size in Preferences > Interface, allowing more items to fit on the screen at once. This won’t be a substitute for running ZBrush at or above recommended spec, however.
