Is it possible to projection the deformation of geometry from one model to another based on them uv unwrap information?

Generally detail projection is done with one of the various methods for projection in the worldspace, independent of any UVs.
However, depending on what you want to do, you may have some luck using the Tool> UV Map> Morph UV function to flatten meshes into their UV islands. You could project detail from one flattened version of that mesh to another.
