For some reason, Project All or Project History does NOT like my model.
The problem is only with this model and I have no clue why?
Anyone have this happen and resolved it?

Impossible to say without examining the file, but this could be caused by the model changing position, scale, or rotation from the stored history state. The model must occupy the exact same space.
Likewise an issue with the mesh geometry could produce issues. Make sure there are no problems reported with Tool> geometry> mesh Integrity> Check mesh.
