No idea how this could have happened but a project file has disappeared.
Opened Zbrush, opened the project, did a few changes, saved by overwriting. Next time I open Zbrush, the project is gone.
Did a full search and the only match was a shortcut in my ‘recent’ folder. A shortcut that doesn’t work anymore as the target has disappeared.
Not much of a problem as I have earlier saves but it’s worrying.
