problems exporting displacement maps from z brush

Hey guys,
I’ve been struggling for about 8 hours now.
I have a model I sculpted in z brush , retopologised it,Uv’d it in Maya with multi tiles then projected my sculpt on that mesh etc…
now I am trying to export the displacement maps 32 bits exr but my maps look very dark , all black.
And I’ve been trying to apply this displacement in maya to my model using arnold. Result - NADA - no displacement .
I have the feeling the problem is coming from my maps.

Is it normal that they 're black ?? when i try to look at them in NUKE they’re just black :frowning:
