Problem with Brush Stroke - not working correctly

Any ideas as to why this is happening? Its driving me mad and is slowing my workflow down.

As you can see if I draw the stroke slowly its OK but I draw fast then there is a slight delay until the brush actually makes a mark. I dont think there a problem with the wacom tablet as the brush strokes seem to be working fine in Photoshop and other applications. this only seem to be an issue within zbrush. Sometimes when it gets really bad the brush stroke will be intermittently broken leaving a non continuous line. the only way I can temporarily fix this problem is to close zbrush and reopen. it will be fine for the next 5 minutes or so then the problem would resurface again.

I didnt have the issue at all until about 2 weeks ago, and as far as I know no new software has been added on or around this time.

Other things Ive tried are: Reinstalled zbrush, reinstalled wacom drivers, turned off windows 7 pen and touch settings.

Anybody else experienced this issue. I really need the problem solved once and for all.

Im on PC with win 7 using zbrush 4R7

Thanks

Can’t view your video. You have it set to private.

Is your mesh subdivided really high?
What are your computer specs? Processor, RAM, Video card?

video is now set to public. the res is not subdivided ver high at all and the spec of the machine is quite high. quadcore, 8GB ram highend Nvidia graphics card. As I mentioned Everything was working fine up intil a couple of week ago

I had those problems a few days ago. In my case it was about the wacom driver 6.3.14. Downloading the older one (6.3.13) or the latest (6.3.15) should help. Don’t forget to backup your options

I have the exact same problem, it has been an issue for a few weeks. Will try the driver update and see if it works.

Latest update worked, hope it solves your case as well!
