Problem with Adjusting Draw Size

Hello everyone, I have a problem and need some help.

The touch ring on my Wacom tablet that controls the draw size in Zbrush has stopped working correctly (but only inside of zbrush). I tested the touch ring in other applications such as photoshop and it works normal. I also checked in the Wacom setting and it still set to brush. In Zbrush, I was customizing the interface and thought maybe I did something to cause this affect, but I don’t know what? I clicked the initialize button to set everything back to its original settings, which it did, but I still have this problem of the touch ring not adjusting the draw size correctly. When trying to use the touch ring in zbrush, it allows me to go one draw size up and one draw size down. Then after that the draw size freezes not allowing any other adjustments to be made. The only other thing I can think of is to reinstall zbrush?

do you have your sizes set to “[” and “]”?

The [ ] were not working yesterday. I restarted my computer today and opened zbrush and its working normal once again. I don’t know how to explain, but glad to see its back to normal.

Just when I thought I was in the clear. I closed down zbrush and went to open it again and its back to acting like I explain in the above post. The [ ] are not working as well.

I reinstalled Zbrush and it did not fix the problem. :frowning: help

Re-assigned the hotkeys, fixed the problem.
