Problem whit Alphas

How is it possible to do alphas without deform the whole sculpt ?
I use the Standart Brush.

Hello,

I may not be understanding your question, but you can use masking or partial mesh visibility to protect parts of the mesh from being affected by sculpting operations. This will be faster and easier with well-defined polygroups.
