On start up of Zbrush im not sure what it is, if its a tool or an obj but every time I start zbrush it reapers even if i clear it from the screen with Ctrl N.

I guess a picture would have helped huh ;), this is what i cant remove every time I start zbrush.

Somewhere along the line, you dropped the car to the canvas, went to close ZBrush and answered “yes” to “Save changes to ZBrush document before closing?” . Because that was your startup document, you now see the car eveytime you start ZBrush.
To fix it,

Press Ctrl+N to clear canvas.

Go to ‘Document’ menu and click ‘Save As Startup Doc’ button.
