Problem Insert Mesh

Hello Zbrushers, I have this problem when I want to create a simple insert mesh
Zbrush is not be able to open the folder… and crash and close
My mesh is unified, my pivot is in the center.
My Zbrush of course is official

If you have an idea thanks !

Exactly which version of ZBrush are you using? Version # is in the upper left corner of ui.

I have 2021.5.1, and I also find an alternative way but not exactly was I wanted, I explain that

I choose an IMM preset Brush; and I choose “Append” instead of “New” and this way I have no problem

The problem is still there

As you are using the latest version of ZBrush, crash reports should be sent to Pixologic Support directly. You can do that by using Start a conversation.
