Having some issues with the Precision Extract plugin. When I set a value, it seems to ignore that value and creates extracts that are far too thick. Am I missing something?

check the Scale of the subtool, and then also adjust preferences : transpose units: units scale:
as example :
I have a mesh of scale 2.0000
the diameter is 10cm for that, i need to adjust the transpose units to a value of 10.
1 unit = 5 cm then 2 units = 10cm so the diameter of your mesh.
now you can use the precision extract plugin and you to exactly extract 1 mm,
you first must to convert from cm to mm, so 1mm on 10cm = 0.01
enter that value in thickness(mm) slider and then create precision extract button.
that’s should be fine.
probably you can scale the mesh first, so it gonna be easier to set directly the value in precision extract plugin.

The thickness we make is not the same on all sides… Is there a menu where we can measure this thickness?
