Posing in blender then back to zbrush?

I exported my character at the lowest subd level and posed it in Blender using an armature. When I bring it back to replace the lowest subd level of my non-posed character (using import), all my subd levels are lost.

If I do this all with Zbrush, it works perfectly. I can export my character posed at the lowest subd level, bring it back to replace the non-posed mesh (using import) and I don’t lose all of my subd levels.

Is there anyway I can get this to work?

Try clearing any polygroups before you export the mesh (or turn off the Tool: Export: Grp option), as this can mess with the expected vertex order.
