If I have made a human figure and I would like to pose it while still working with dynamesh, for example I’d put the figure’s hand on his/her chest. Now I want to dynamesh it again, so I have split the arm using polygroups from the chest area. I hit dynamesh and the hand and the chest don’t merge. But the polygroup splits from the the main model and at the deltoid you’ve got a nasty cut.
Is there some way to not have that cut appear there? I would like to pose the model before using subdivisions because I wan’t a nice topology. So how do I avoid the nasty cut from using polygroups and dynamesh?
