Polygon mesh to nerves in Rhino o Modo

I have a model with high polygon count in zBrush, and it needs to be converted into nerves either in Modo or Rhino for this particular work flow. I am in a dead line!! I have to solve this today. Any suggestion ?
I try to retopo the model, but when open in Modo nerves the surface becomes faceted, and I need to keep the nice curvature.
Another person will be cutting into my model to add high precision parts, and openings.
I reduced my polygon count to minim. But it needs to be transfrm into nerves!!
Thank you!! ant help , advice, or suggestion would be highly appreciated!

You’re going to have to rebuild your object in nurbs. There is no automated way to do this that I am aware of.

ZRemesher can create nice quads. Those meshes can be opened in the Rhino 5 plugin T-Splines to be displayed in smooth mode that will then convert to NURBS while retaining the smoothness. Without the T-Splines step you indeed get faceting. The expensive option I know is $30K Geomagic Freeform Pro’s automatic NURBS surfacing of imported meshes, though this export option may have been added to the $8500 non-Pro version recently.

Post the file if possible.

T-Splines ($700 + $800 for Rhino) was bought by AutoCAD so is disappearing in Rhino 6 but has reappeared as part of Fusion 360 which can be used personally for free.

The Power SubD-NURBS plugin ($1800) for MODO may be still popular:

Sorry it took so long to reply!
It was a really crazy dead line, dealing with this nerves issue!

I have had experience with T-Splines in the past and found it worked well on models with a low poly count. Since Autodesk bought it I have not kept it up to date and yes, Autodesk has discontinued support for it. I will look into Fusion 360.
Thanks for that tip.
Currently I am using Power Sud-Ds in Modo and native files convert nicely but Z Brush imports again have problems when there is a high poly count.
I tried my best to reduced poly count to the min, remeshing and decimating, I was frustrated seeing the model loosing detail.
Then it falled appart when I try to cut or add more geometry to it in Rhino.
Next Time I will retopo , I guess that will help.
Cant post the file, because of confidentiality.
I just like to sculpt in Zbrush! so I would love to discover a good method to combine both nerves and polygon mesh.
Thanks!!

Next time I will!
