Poly selection constraint utility for Max

Does anybody know of a utility or plug-in for 3ds max that allows you to constrain the selection of types of polygons on an object? (i.e. only select triangles, quads, or n-gons)

Maya and XSI both have this useful feature, but the closest that I know that Max comes to this is the polygon counter utility, which isn’t very useful at all.

This utility would make it much easier to determine whether my models are all quads and ready to be exported to ZBrush.
