Polishing Polishing inner edges.. how is it done?

Hey,

How do you polish edges that are inward facing ( forgive the rubbish explanation, I can’t think of the word)
please see the pic for an example…
I have loads of edges like this usually, they are on non planar surfaces. I need to polish / trim section B to look more like Section A. how is this done? I’ve been going at it with trim / polish brushes but as you make one surface smooth you’re making the adjoining surface bumpy.
This is one mesh by the way, and the model is for demo purposes only, I realise those surfaces are already smooth.
I don’t think I’d be able to seperate the surfaces into poly groups as they are usually her, there and every where on complex meshes.

Any help or tips on a workflow for this would be greatly appreciated.

cheers

Pinch brush holding alt might work but will not be perfect

hey,

you’re right… it’s not perfect,
but it sure as hell is an IMPROVEMENT!!
I never even thought about using the pinch brush with ALT… so you’ve taught me something awesome today.
