Please help with GoZ please!!!!!

Hi,
I’ve got a huge problem with GoZ not working at all in Zbrush 2018.1 and maya 2018.
First of all, GoZ settings only looks for installation path to 3DsMax which I have not installed.
Reinstall GoZ shows a popup window where I should be able to select an application, but there is nothing to select.
The window seems to be scaled to small and does not show any selectable options.
I have found no information whatsoever about this on the web.

Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this?
