Please help, weird subdivision problems

Hello,

Something has happened to my model… Some setting I accidentally turned on.

On subdivision level 1, the model LOOKS subdivided. The polygons are not faceted. And if I make changes on level 1, the resulting look on the highest subdivision level looks faceted. This takes a lot of smoothing to clean up… It’s like it’s backwards. Can someone tell me how to get this working back the way ZBrush normally handles subdivisions? Thank you for helping!!!
