PLEASE disable the "skip until next restart messages"

These messages are fine if you’re a first time user. i get it. but. 100% of us DONT need to see this message EVERY SINGLE TIME we use zbrush. PLEASE add a preference feature or SOMETHING so we can stop these annoying, time consuming messages. They’re redundant and waste time. PLEASE pixologic, remove these.

If you want a Clip, Select, Slice or Trim brush, you hold down Ctrl+Shift and then select your brush. If you want a Mask brush, you hold down Ctrl and then select your brush. If you want a Smooth brush, you hold down Shift then select your brush. If you do it that way, you will never see those messages.

i posted about this 4 years ago and still no fixes

This little script will turn off the messages. Simply unzip and put the Off Messages.zsc in the ZBrush 4R8\ZStartup\ZPlugs64. The text file is the code for anyone that’s interested.

It only turns off the messages for selecting Brushes, so they will still show for things like deleting a subtool. Although it would be possible to script a solution for getting rid of those it would be too complicated to run at startup.

I can’t think that this will cause any problems but if ZBrush starts behaving oddly try removing the script.

Marcus you are a ninja. Thanks a lot.

This script has key shortcut ‘2’ instead of function-2 that actually brings up the brushes palette.

hey marcus its me again

could you also make it disable the newly added dynamic subdivision pop up
