I don’t know if any one has seen this but in Australia the mixed CD called ‘Skitz Mix’ ‘10’ and '11’have been put on the shelves and they hold two of Pix’a great pics on the covers.And they look great on a CD cover.

The disc covers have his name under the pic and mention that they were made in ZBrush.
Does anyone know if Pix did actually give permision or did they just rip him off?
If they have ripped hiom off they should be reammed - sevearly
You never know how grace works. Maybe it could lead to someone investing millions into pixologic.
Even if it was legally and or morally wrong it really isn’t the end of the world.
It is not like stealing the art and selling it.
If you are concerned then let pix know. He has people who can sort it I’m sure. No need for a lynching
Plagerism is wrong…
Immorality is wrong…
Theft is wrong…
If you don’t mind your work being stolen, well that’s fine. I believe most artists do object to this…
And why do you assume the thief wasn’t profitting, if in fact there was theft?

I was responding myself to the idea that plagerism is acceptable…There may not have been a theft. I guess we’ll find out when Pix responds…
