Pixelated Polypainting

Hi, I’m following the tutorial from Ryan Kingslien - The Anatomy of Face. I’m at the point where I need to paint the skull using polypainting to define the bone parts. As you can see from the picture below, the painting has been pixelated, affected by the polygons i believe. The model has about 24k total points and it’s in subdivision level 3. I’m using Zbrush 4R6 by the way. Can anyone help me regarding on this issue? Thank you.

24,000 polys isn’t enough, you need to subdivide more in order to get more of the painting details on the model.
