I’ve done a search for perspective, and have looked for the perspective button under the draw menu, but I cannot find it. Can anyone run through a quick dummy’s guide to perspective in zbrush for me. or just answer the question to start would be good. <g> thanks alot.
Is this what you’re looking for?

if i remember correctly perspective only shows up as long as you are in Draw mode, once you turn to Edit it is no longer possible to use perspective, although i think for the macs this isnt the case.
If you press the Persp button in the Draw palette before drawing a 3D object on the canvas then it will be drawn in perspective, with the vanishing point dircetly behind the object. The best way is to use Global Perspective by Shift-clicking the button so that the center of the canvas is the vanishing point. If you use Shift-clicking for other objects then they will all use the same vanishing point. The vanishing point can be changed by Shift-clicking the Distort slider and then dragging to the point on the canvas where you want the vanishing point to be (but objects will only update if they are in Transform Move or Rotate mode). As said, the perspective is NOT currently available in Edit mode on PCs though hopefully this will be the case with the 2.5 update.

thankye. guess I’ll just wait it out for zbrush 2.5.
