Pentab not working with Zbrush

Guys, I am having a lot of trouble with my pen tablet. Its 3 year old Bamboo One

While sculpting using smooth brush I am getting the following result but with mouse it works fine

Every brush I am using like standard, Clay, Flatten all are Behaving kind of opposite like with Zadd on I am getting Zsub

Also When I stroke, spacing is also kind of wobbly but when I press alt while in stroke it is fine, like this

I have reset my brush settings, Initialize, reinstalled Zbrush, changed tool, restart, Wacom Driver Update, Changed USB ports, changed data cable, in Photoshop it working fine

On my part I did restarted wacom professional services from Services, removed preferences from Control Panel, Turned off flicks nothing works.

Also, when I reinstalled Zbrush after deleting all the pixologic and zbrush folders from Drive C it worked fine for a while like for 2-3 mins but same thing returned again

Sounds like you’ve run through all the things on your end. I would submit a support ticket if I were you.

I figured out today that I updated wrong Wacom driver earlier so that was causing issue. Thanks for the time.
