Hi there I am goingfor a new pc for the purpose of one playing the latest games and working on game projects, I will be using the unreal engine 4 and software like substance designer and painter ( also other 3d applications of course ). I was hoping to get a specific spec for a pc that will be suitable for my needs I have a budget of 1324 dollars
