Face geometry…Ok!
Face skin…Ok!
Hair…ok!
What is not OK:
Ears shape, there is like sharp corners. Make it more smooth in term of curves and of course texture of ears is not ok.
Eyes material. Sclera is too red like he cried almost all night long or have been smoked ))) WTF with cornea: too much reflection (?) and as result we cannot see iris texture and pupil.
Intersecting geometry in neck area or just not finished suit?
Keep going, you doing it very well! All hard work is in past just fixing now ))

scottchen23, goooood going, I see changes!
Now I leave some critique from this point (4\30 update): on this render the border between iris and pupil have some kind of blur. About iris texture - Paul have mostly gray eyes with mix of blue-green color and a little bit of orange, just check it on a hi res reference images. You can take gray iris texture and spend some time to do magic in Photoshop )))
On a bottom eyelid of left eye is a gray line (reflection geom.) moved to overlay on sclera.
Now again about ears. Yep, you made tex more natural. But If you have patience and a time, I recommend you to work on its form.
Cyan lines show geometry flow right to ear hole, that is not natural, just look at real Paul ear (right image) and you will see difference.
