When saving an alpha using XTractor, why is not the full alpha shown when saving as a Photoshop file (PSD) why is it only partial ?

Is this what is displaying in the Alpha menu after extracting it? Or are you saying the exported Photoshop file differs from what is being displayed there?

Why isn’t it shown as the full alpha ?
In that case, I’m not sure I understand the question. If that is what is displaying in the alpha menu after extracting detail by holding down “G”, then that is the detail that has been extracted. What is the “full alpha” that you are missing?
If you are referring to the rectangular shape of the alpha, this can be the result of using the standard Xtractor brush, which can extract detail in long rectangular strips. If you’d like a purely square alpha, use the XtractorDragRect brush instead.
