When trying to get a picture out from PaintStop via exporting and back what ever method, the result is great amount of warping. This drives me almost nuts because i dont know what to do with it. Here is a sample:
Hello @Kake2000,
While I can see the pixel shift in the two images you have posted here, I cannot immediately recreate your issue.
Can you please tell me exactly how each of these images were exported? Are they both being exported the same way?
Also, you mention “Via exporting and back”. Are you re-importing the image in some manner, then exporting it out again?
Please be as specific as possible.
Thank you!
Here is a sample:
I start a canvas with default dimensions and no grain. Then i do my stuff. When i need to “flatten” the brush effects, i need to export it out. I have tried export image with all formats. Then bringing exports back via Tracing -> Load Image -> Merge with Canvas. Result will always warp for me. Create from Canvas also does the same thing. Maybe it could be a tool in PaintStop that makes the thing, like Wet-in-Wet brush, nevertheless that is the reason why i have flatten the image to erase “depth” effects. I can give u the original PaintStop file, if u want inspect it?
