Hi, I am a new user of this program. Actually, I have never used it because the application will not open or launch when I click on the icon. I have tried right clicking and scrolled down the open tab, I have restarted my computer and I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program but nothing has worked. Not even a title window appears. Please help, I have heard good things about this program and would love to be able to try it out.
