That’s a PM spammer. You should really let an Admin or Moderator know about this so they can stop him bothering others.

I used to have this problem too. Ignore List only stops their posts from showing in threads. Under General Settings > Private Messaging > Receive Private Messaging:, I enabled “Only from Contacts and Moderators”
ok so i report you that guy who sent me spam using the private messaging
