Maybe some color on his lips?
Eyelashes, eyebrows, a cleft or a dimple in the chin…
And smooth out the edges of the eye-ridges and cheekbones–that looks like bad mutant plastic surgery, bulging so far and then they just stop.
Good start otherwise!

I’ve fixed some problem you made me notice:
- scuplted the cheek, now it looks better.
- smoothed the bones around the eye
- i made the skin of the neck more falling
