My old computer died a day before the latest version of zbrush was available.
The program is still probably technically still on my old computer but i can’t access it, let alone run it to deactivate it.
I have since bought a new computer and now want to install zbrush again on my new comp.
I’ve been looking for the backup disc i bought along with the licence back when but so far no luck.
What is the best way to install the latest version without any problems?
Submit a Support ticket. Your download link can be resent to you and will now deliver 4R2b. After installing, do Web Activation. If you get a message that you’re out of activations, click the “View Activation History” button and check off the lost activation. That will let us know which computer needs removing, which then takes about an hour during normal business hours.
