Nice, i really like the eyes, 
they seem very jell like, the only thing I don’t like is the lockers, everything else is very realistic but they seem odd?
Yeah thats just a photo of a police locker room - nothing special and not this nice

Well, I have used the very same Skin Shader in ZBrush for the eyes… I just pumped up the specular curve and gave it a fair bit of reflectivity (Speculars alone are not the solution… actually an Eye does not have the common specular glossiness, because an Eye surface actually just reflects the sorundings like glas or jelly would do - but in combination within ZBrush it was a good solution for me).
I’ve created a baseshade rendering of Jackson and did a lot of painting in ZBrush and (sorry) Photoshop afterwards… so the skintones were primarily painted. The Baseshade Rendering:

this looks good. the material makes him look a little bit sweaty, but it looks good.
but a few small crits for future considerations: the sternocleidomastoid looks a to tense/visible, the tendons connecting to the clavicle is also very thick. The zygomatic bone is protruding and making him look famished. And it its always a good idea to make more of a expression on the model just to add interrest.

Yeah thanks I have my problems with neck muscles (a real disadvantage of my workflow, ya know?) I am not sure if I understand you right, but I have my anatomy sheets right here - so I gonna check for furture works and will be more accurate with the models to come

I don’t know why, but allen Jackson reminds me of Dave Chapell for some reason. Great work man :)!
hehehe - absolutely everyone (!) tells me that in any Forum I’ve ever posted him Realy.
I’m from Germany so Dave is not this famous here - I had to google his name to know who this is and I agree: He looks a lot (!) like Dave Chapell
But believe it or not: This was not my intention for Jackson.
Maybe I should claim Jackson to be Chapell; could give me some credits
