One thing, I’m finding the form/silhouette of the drum kit isn’t reading very well with the busy, saturated background. Perhaps you could put a lot of water blueing on the background and a bit of blurring/depth of field so we can read the drums better. As a bad casual drummer, I noticed the cymbals are flat rather than tilted toward the drummer. Perhaps you could tilt the ride and the crash in toward him?
