[as_CharacterStrip.jpg[/attach]%3C/font%3E"]In my reel, I’m going to start out with the main render above, then go into the topology view. Then I’m going into the anatomy view below. I tried to make it as correct as possible. It was a little hard to figure out with books because of the 2d-ishness of books. I need to invest into a freedom of teach model, but $300 is a little expensive right now.

Aren’t those first images reference photos ? From anatomy point of view i thin you could show more scapula blade on last one. Andy maybe you could softern lips - bit to pinched now imo. Also make sure skull has proper shape of cranium - narrower front and wider back. Hope it helps. Keep workig :wink:

what are the settings used to render?

calf muscle looks a bit long and sharp on the outside edge in your last render, ribs come to too sharp a ‘point’ on the front. buttock fat is unnaturally pulled towards center instead of evenly spread. In the rear shot the spine has an unnatural curvature. in your renders she looks like Agent Scully… Some fine work here Konrad

I used Mental ray to render with one large Area light and Final Gather Ibl.

Really great sculpt and render. The only thing i saw was the curvature of the spine in the rear shot but i believe someone has mentioned that…however I am no expert.

Colour renders at all ?

Sorry I made it with the intent of black and white, so I don’t have color.

Stellar work. My only 2 crits- try to reduce the grain in the render and kill the blue in the eyes. The model is fantastic; great job.

I think the face is holding the piece back more than any other area on the model. The eyes especially, the sculpting and the vertical placement. Also the mouth should traditionally sit lower in between the bottom of the chin and the bottom of the nose. There’s a lot more complexity in the face and head than meets the eye and you’re missing that level of detail in comparison to the other parts of your figure.

Oh one more thing. Your inner “ankle” should be higher than your outer “ankle”. It’s hard to tell if that’s the case with the lumpy areas from these views (just double check that).

Stunning render and very nice anatomy on the figure though.
