Noticeable seams on exported displacement maps

So I’ve been searching for a solution to this for over a week now. I’m running into a problem when exporting displacement maps (and some on normals too) through the multi map exporter that there are noticeable seams in both maya and blender where the uv’s are split up, as you can see in the pictures here https://imgur.com/a/nYZd2Vi .

I’ve tried with multiple settings and all but i still cant get them to disappear. I’m also linking my UV map for the parts shown in the picture above, along with the settings i found best results with https://imgur.com/a/dUcIjWt . There’s also this very faint lines on the padding on the uv map that causes problems. This general problem also appears on other parts of my model, like the pants, which makes me thing this is a regular problem that’s hard to avoid? I could really need help with this problem, to know if its only me or if its a common issue.
