Not getting symmetrical strokes, what am I doing wrong?

Hello, I am having trouble getting symmetrical strokes. One side always fades off. This is an imported STL file that I Dynameshed. Is it because the original file wasn’t symmetrical with respect to the X-axis in Rhinoceros7?

Thought I had all the settings okay in Transform…

Any help is appreciated!

Hi @Carved_Metal

You can regain symmetry easily using “Mirror and Weld” on X axis in “Tool > Geometry > Modify Topology”. Everything on the left of center will be mirrored and welded on the right.
