not getting smooth look!!!

I have created a model which has 1.3 million poly .
Even after having these many poly when it is rendered in Maya and Zbrush it gives Mesh look, not the smooth look as it should give.

Smooth Normal option in Maya is already tried ,does not work

Some screenshots in both programs (with and without wireframes) could help isolate what the problem is.

It could be that the geometry is concentrated in the wrong areas. It could be that you have polygroups being physically split on export. It could be that you have several polygons on each of the model’s planes causing them to hold their shapes when subdividing, etc.
