Normal Map Issue when Baking inside Zbrush 2022

I am trying to export a normal map, and this is what happens. it looks to me like a world normal map instead of a normal map. I’ve been searching online for a solution, but I can’t find anything. I then imported it to substance and looks really bad. Can anyone please help me?

I agree, this looks like more as an world normal map.
