Normal map & details is gone when export it to substance painter

hi everyone, im very beginner at zbrush, i have problem that i tried many ways for get rid of it, i have human model that i added some details on his face like pores , at zbrush the details fine and great but when i export to substance painter most of the details will disappear or washed out, my uv map is 8k , and i used lowpoly mesh and high poly into the substance, but i never get the quality like has come about, i see the people do amazing texturing at subtance painter with incredible details, what the true workflow, i don’t figure out

Did you export the Maps (particularly the Normal map) from ZBrush first, and then import them to Painter?

sure , one of the way that i tried, its export Nrm map from zbrush and import to the substance with high res , but the result same, i guess the only way for achieving to the highest details is use the Mari, but i dont have mari,

Did you remember to flip the map vertically?
