I was just showing someone my progress on a sculpt and clicking through my timeline and now the most recent save point is where i was at on the sculpt weeks ago! What did i do and how can I get back to where i was tonight? I hope that made sense…ha! Thanks in advance! Save me!

Sorry you’re having some trouble. I have no idea what happened from the information provided. It sounds like you either opened an earlier version of the file, or inadvertently deleted data from your file and saved over it.
I would recommend just restoring a backup. Zbrush autosaves a few files by default in the Lightbox menu, but If you are not yet working with a policy of aggressive, iterative saves, now would be a very good time to learn that particular lesson. You will continue to be vulnerable to serious setbacks until you do.
