i re-open my project and i can’t press edit, this is the 2nd time i use zbrush

This aspect of zbrush can be confusing for new users. Your tool has probably been converted to Pixols on the canvas. You can clear it with Ctrl+N.
Click on the Tool list, and make sure you have a 3d tool selected. You can enter edit mode with a 3d tool after it has been drawn out on the canvas.
If you can’t find your tool in the tool list, you have probably opened a document rather than a project file.

Documents saved in the Document > Save As menu only save 2.5 canvas information. 3d tools will not be saved.

Saving a Tool from the Tool > Save As menu will save the active 3d tool, but only that tool.

Saving a Project file from the File > Save as menu will save all active tools in the session, as well as a lot of scene information.
Also if you did in fact open a Project (not a Document) and still can’t see your Tool as a thumbnail in the Tool palette, try adjusting the slider (found right above the thumbnails) over to the right to see if it can still be found at the end of that list. I’ve had a few projects in the past where I thought a Tool somehow didn’t get included while saving the Project, but really they were just hiding and could still be found and accessed this way.
