Is there a way to get rid of inflation when applying the noise ? In Zbrush 3 it was possible with keeping the curve nodes around 0,5 value. Now nothing helps
mask by noise and then use deformation instead
I am actually doing so for a while but still can’t reach the same no-inflation at all result as it was with keeping the left nodes at 0.5 in zbrush3. Looks like the masking doesn’t mask 100%, especially with alpha images. I tried to Ctrl+Alt the mask but it works a bit too abruptly and spoils noise character.
Also I am curious what kind of deformation is preferable in that case?
ps. The problem comes from image/alpha noise mostly. Wonder what kind of image 8 or 16 bit , black or gray background would be better?
I believe 16bit…but I don’t remember if Zbrush actually reads those for import.
thank you. Would be nice if they make it works the same way as it was in Zbrush 3. I managed to get a perfect result just out of the curve tweaking.
