no fibermesh in zbrush 4r7????

Well the title say it all Fiber-Mesh don’t appeared in my interface or my install of Zbrush, please who to use it!

Are you looking in the right place? It’s in the Tool palette. You have to have a Tool drawn on the canvas and made into a PolyMesh3D first.
