No Download Available

From the downloadcenter page, I click ZBrush 4R3 Updater “installation instructions”. In Step 3 on that page I click the “download_WIN” button. Nothing happens. I tried right click > save target as, but I get a message that the target “couldn’t be downloaded”. I tried putting the target address (s3.amazonaws.com etc) into my browser address window and got 403 ‘forbidden’ messages. The “download_MAC” button works, but not the WIN button.

I’ve tried multiple times on Saturday, Sunday and today, but still get the same issue. I tried turning my anti-v off to see if there was some quirk preventing the download. Cleared temp folders and everything else I can think of. Help!

Windows Vista, IE9, (I know, I know), Kaspersky Internet Security, rock-solid cable connection.

I’ve just tested from my computer and it worked without any problem at all. This is the page you should be on:

If you continue to have trouble, I would recommend going to any other webpage and clearing your browser’s cache. Then come back to the upgrade instructions and try again.

The download is definitely working, so if you’re having this issue after clearing the cache there has to be something very unusual going on either with your computer, your browser, or with one of the servers between you and us. The only other thing I might recommend in that case would be to try downloading from a different computer.
