Hey everybody! Does anybody know how to make it so alpha brush strokes do not overlap?
In this image, I was using drag rectangle with a square alpha. I did two strokes which I labeled. I’m trying to find a setting to where, on the second stroke, only the area in red would be affected, basically giving me one weird shape with all one level of z height.
I want it to act in a non additive way, so that each time I stamp with drag rect, it acts as if the previous strokes are not there.
Any thoughts? Thanks!
- Go to “Tool > Morph Target” and click “StoreMT”
- Select the “Layer” brush from the brush palette.
- Select the “DragRect” stroke.
- Select your alpha.
Note: If using the square alpha (Alpha 28), you see lines around the edges, it’s because the edges of the alpha are blurred slightly. If you don’t want to see the lines, use a sharper alpha.
Awesome! !!! Been trying to figure this one out for a while! Thanks sooo much!!
No problem! small_orange_diamond:)
