Like the title says, i’m new to 3d modeling in general, im trying to make a decent uv but unfortunately i havent had any succes so far !
I’ve tried to control paint severel times but when enabling ‘check seam’ i always get a seam in the wrong place (see image below) ! … So what can i do to fix it !?
can you show where your control painting is set up?
Sometimes the control painting needs to be tried a few times with variations in placement and thickness, in my experience.
I’m away from my desktop right now but its the standard 'protect face attract the back of head painting !
PS: When i redo the same procedure to the demo head the uv comes out the way u want it to be ! Strange !!.. I cant figure out what im doing wrong ? (do i have to export the obj to another 3d software then export it back ?)

Alright, so you’ll want to do a couple of things
Paint a smaller section of blue on the back of the head
Set up polygroups for the eyes, inside of the eyes (sockets) and the mouthbag.
This will allow zbrush to break up the mesh and allow for a better unwrap.
