So I bought Zbrush for windows and am trying to go through the activation procedure. But when I’m done I get the message “The serial number you entered does not match the entered email address.”. I’m using the serial number I got in the e-mail but it’s not going through apparently.
This means that something was mistyped, with either the serial number or the email address. If either is wrong, the request will fail.
If you continue to have trouble you will need to submit a Support ticket at https://support.pixologic.com. I would recommend including a screen shot of the filled out form before where you get the error.
